Meet Our Executive Council / Panelists
Theo Etzel, Chairman of the Board for Conditioned Air. Theo brings decades of experience as a business executive and entrepreneur to Conditioned Air. As our CEO and owner since 1995 and now, more recently, our Chairman of the Board, Theo has helped turn our passion for customer care and quality products and services into a thriving company serving all of SW Florida from Marco Island to Sarasota. Theo served on the Executive Counsel of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.
Ursula Pfahl PhD. Vice President, Business Development for Bigham Jewelers. Ursula is a native of Germany, began her career in higher education, as a college professor and university administrator. Her responsibilities included university relations, fundraising management, the university’s events and the supervision of the academic support services. The move to Naples provided the opportunity to transition from academia into business, most notably the fine jewelry retail business. For 15 years, Ursula was the VP Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Yamron Jewelers. Upon the sale of that company, Kathy Bigham offered Ursula a new opportunity with Bigham Jewelers. Ursula served on the Executive Counsel of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.
Michael Wynn, Board Chair-President of Sunshine Ace Hardware. A native of Naples, FL, Michael is currently President of the family’s chain of Ace Hardware stores, as well as Chairman of the Wynn Family Board of Directors. In 2014, Michael received the hardware industry’s Top Gun Award presented by the National Retail Hardware Association. In the same year, he was also recognized as a finalist for
the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was inducted into the SWFL Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Actively involved in the Southwest Florida business and civic community, he is the Immediate Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Chair-Elect of the Leadership Collier Foundation. Michael served on the Executive Board of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.
Vicki Thomas Tracy, Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Coast International Properties. Vicky has multiple degrees from Central Michigan and the University of Michigan. Having raised millions of dollars for “her town”, she is often called upon when a “get it done” person and cheerleader or a chairperson for an event is called for. Vicki ’s name is always at the top of the list when a leader is needed. When calls come for a senior in need of care cheerleader she goes into overdrive as her passion for Senior’s remain her priority. She is the daughter of Darlene Thomas, single mother of 5 children, and married to her devoted husband Steve. You can always find Vicki at the helm or in a leadership role in the community making a difference in someone’s life, be the younger residents or our older one! Vicki served on the Executive Counsel of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.
The cost of this Zoom program will be just $10 for members and non-members. We are doing our meetings on Zoom for the next few months. Our focus will be on subjects that will help you during these trying times. Once we know it is safe for us all to meet in public, we will go back to our regular meeting places.
